The Netherlands 

Hace apenas una semana que fuimos a Ámsterdam y ya estamos preparados de nuevo para iniciar un nuevo viaje. En ese momento el destino era una sorpresa.

Cosas que sabíamos:

• Lugar de quedada: estación de Amberes
• Personas en este viaje: Maarten (nuestro guía), María, Kyoko, Anna y yo

Less than one week ago, we went to Amsterdam and now we were ready for the next trip. This time the destination was a surprise.

Things we knew:

• Meeting point: Antwerpen station
• People in this trip: Maarten (the guide guy), María, Kyoko, Anna and me

Cogimos un tren que nos dejó en la estación de Amberes, sin duda una de las estaciones más bonitas que conozco. Allí nos encontramos con Maarten y el resto del camino lo hicimos en coche. 

We catched the train from Leuven to Antwep station, one of the most beautiful stations that I know. There we have met Maarten and we continued our travel by car.

La primera parada fue la costa de Domburg. Es una playa realmente hermosa, cuenta con un antiguo manicomio y metros de arena y conchas hasta llegar al mar. Nos quitamos los zapatos y metimos los pies en la fría arena. También nos mojamos los pies en el Mar del Norte. No hay que decir que el agua estaba helada y que después tuve que tomarme un chocolate caliente para compensar.

The first place we visited was the beach of Domburg. It's a really beautiful beach, with an old mental hospital and meters of sand and shells until the sea. We remove our shoes and put our feets in the cold sand. In the Northen Sea as well. I don't have to tell that the water was frozen and after we needed a hot chocolat to compensate.

Nos alejamos de Domburg y nos dirigimos a una playa diferente, a la de Vlissingen, donde se encuentra una torre de prisioneros construida en 1491. 

We continued the road as far as Vlissingen, where you can see a prisoner's tower built on 1491.

Lo último fue Middelburg. Paseamos por la ciudad, vemos los edificios, las iglesias...
